I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Daniel in Munich.
The main issue was that the listing indicated that the hotel offered parking. However, upon arrival, I was informed that there is no parking available at the hotel. This caused significant stress and inconvenience, as I had to spend a long time searching for parking nearby after a long trip. This information is misleading and should be clearly corrected.
Unfortunately, this was not the only problem during my stay. Housekeeping was inconsistent — our towels were not replaced, and the bathroom was only superficially cleaned. On one occasion, there was even an unpleasant smell, which made the experience quite uncomfortable.
The overall service also felt unfriendly. After raising the parking issue, I felt that the staff treated us differently, with a lack of attention and courtesy.
We also checked the breakfast option (which was not included), and it did not seem worth the price at all — very limited and unappealing.
Overall, I did not feel welcomed or well treated during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if accurate information and good service are important to you.
