Spirited Garden

The Spirited Garden is actually a collection of 7 smaller gardens, each filled with pretty flora and water features. While this area is now a wonderful spot for peaceful contemplation, it was originally barren and rocky. The creation of the garden was the work of 1 man, founder Seong Beom-yeong. More than 400 trees and various native Korean plants are planted in this garden.
The Spirited Garden is themed around a natural volcanic stone. There's also a manmade waterfall that flows into a pond filled with koi fish. Visit the onsite café to try homemade roasted coffee and Jeju pork sausages, with an excellent view of the gardens.

Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak) is a tuff cone with a crater formed through volcanic activity. It’s been designated as Korea’s Natural Monument No. 420, as well as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It’s a popular spot among locals and visitors. The path leading up to it is well maintained, but wearing comfortable shoes is recommended as the climb is rather steep.
It’s famous for a sunrise-viewing spot as the name suggests, but you don’t have to schedule your visit around sunrise because its natural beauty shines no matter the time of day.

Camellia Hill

Reach Cheonjiyeon Waterfall Cross, a designated natural monument, via a stepping-stone bridge past a wooded trail. The roaring sound of the flowing water will invigorate the soul, and you won’t be able to leave without a picture.

Hallim Park

Hallim Park is a natural garden where you can see a variety of tree species, including giant palm and bamboo. There are sculptures that symbolise Jeju along the trails between the lush trees, adding to the Jeju vibe.
Inside Hallim Park are Hyeopjae Cave and Ssangyong Cave. There is a hole in the ceiling in the middle of Ssangyong Cave that lets in sunlight, and the plant life that grows around it amplifies the mystical atmosphere.
