Im really upset with my stay in this hotel. I travel often to nyc and never before had this issue before. I stayed in this hotel about 3 weeks ago, and usually i will pay the security deposit with my credit card using apple pay; however they informed me i couldnt use apple pay in this facility, which is why i used my debit card. The guy at the front desk, informed me it just a hold in my card. I still haven’t gotten my money back on my card, 3 weeks after me staying in this hotel. I dispute this with my bank, and they confirmed this payment hasn’t been completed by the hotel. I contacted expedia, and the hotel just gave them an excuse as to why is not back on my card. So if you’re planning to stay in this hotel, just know they will charge you $200 as a deposit and it will take weeks for you to get your money back, even if they said it just a hold in your card, if money isnt an issue for you, then go ahead.
