When booking my room the wrong date was put in was put in wrong when booking it with motel.com at night I had a little bit of a problem trying to get it fixed guy working said he couldn’t do nothing. I had to call the company the company call him and then I went back and talk to him and he said just come in and see the manager in the morning and they change the date. Everything went great thank you very much.

I understand that this is a motel but they have no control over the behavior of tenants. They make a lot of noise they are drinking and smoking and screaming outside. It's not an environment that feels safe

They do have some new rooms which are nice. But they have not cleaned up the drug addicts that have rooms there and people are coming all hours of the night. Toilet was broke had to stay in for a day while fixed it. Then out of towels. You won't get any sleep till morning. I was supposed to get a one day refund and nothing

No sleep.. party next door . 5 cop cars in the parking lot when I arrived. Charged $100 deposit even tho I had a reservation but didn't charge if I didn't have a reservation. Just horrible. Never stay here

Seemed like a well established property under excellent management. My particular room was completely remodeled from top to bottom. Looked like a picture out of an HGTV magazine. Beautiful finishes everywhere. The bed was super comfortable as well. I have nothing negative to add about this property.

I had a small room with few amenities, but that was fine with me, and the price was decent, $100 after taxes. That's not easy to find anymore, especially in a big city like Chicago. I just wanted a clean room for the night, and that is what I got. There were several good eateries within walking distance. There seemed to be some living/staying log-term in the same facility, they were friendly, not a bother, and a good source of info on where best to eat. I would stay here again.
