Hotel is new, clean, right next to Osaka Station. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the shopping mall downstairs. Breakfast was good and no queue line in the morning like other busy hotels.
If you are driving, the hotel charges 3000 yen per night to park in the underground carpark, which is very reasonable considering the central location. However, every evening the roads around the hotel were very busy, requiring at least 15 mins extra to just enter the carpark.
Also, the instructions given in relation to exiting the carpark was not clear. I was not told on my 2nd day that I should have exited the carpark by using the intercom instead of my parking ticket, which was fine but caused some confusion as my original parking ticket was collected by the exit machine (which the staff told me I was supposed to keep it).
