Front desk does not know what hospitality is, unfriendly and unpleasant to talk to. On the first night they do not tell you that you need to request room to be cleaned, towels changed and things refilled, - every day. Otherwise, room will not be cleaned the entire stay. Then, when you tell them you want it cleaned they do not tell you that there is lite and full cleaning, so they opt you only for lite one by default, taking out trash and sweeping the floor. If you want fresh towels, you have to go down to front desk again, and it felt that they are doing you such a big favor.
When asking to extend the additional night, front desk tells you to make a new reservation through expedia, and didn't want to do it until i insisted.
Just blows my mind that keeping the rooms clean is no longer a given, standard experience when you pay to stay at a Hotel.
Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had when it comes to service. The room itself and the entire building was clean.
