We enjoyed our two night stay here! It is a very small resort. Which means it's also easy to navigate. I was never lost or turned around. However, it also means there are limited options for entertainment, bars, dining etc.
We really enjoyed our time at the swim up bar! We also loved the Landshark bar. It was like being out at home with live music, a pool table and beers.
We dined at both a la carte dinner restaurants and really enjoyed them! We were told at check in that there were no available reservations but we had no problem doing an early walk in seating.
The coffee shop is pretty good.
The burger at the bar close to the pool was honestly the best burger we've had in mexico!
We tried the buffet for breakfast one day and it was pretty standard fare.
Alcohol options are decent but not top shelf, which we didn't mind for the price. The lobby bar has some top shelf options but I found their service to be a little "selective". I had to wait a while and even then I had to elicit the bartender's attention.
We had a swim out room and it was large, clean and comfortable! There were robes but we did not receive flip flops.
There is no beach, so do not set yourself for disappointment if that is important to you. Overall, the price point here is a good value for what you get and we would return!
