Terrible experience
The person checking me in answered the phone in the middle of my check in and then helped them, leaving me waiting. The elevator sounds like it hasn't been serviced in 20 years. The floor in my room has spots that felt like the wood beneath was rotting. I fully expected to fall through. It was VERY loud. Breakfast was awful - no meat, unseasoned "eggs". And then to top it off, the airport shuttle wasn't running until 11am. My flight was at 11am. The front desk claimed the airport wasn't open until 11am due to the winter storm. I calmly explained that the ticketing counter and TSA opened at 9am. She argued with me and just shrugged her shoulders. So I had to get an Uber. I got to the airport at 8:30 and EVERYTHING was open. Perhaps they should listen to their customers!
