Checking in I had rough start my room was canceled after I paid for it. Hotels.com was who I booked through which you can only chat not a live person. I showed everything I received in email. Deidra still would not let me check in after 35 min of back and forth. With hotels.com chat representative I strongly advice that you triple check to make sure your reservation aren’t canceled. This is the third time my room was canceled through them with other stays after being paid for. After Deidra finally adjusted her attitude and contacted her supervisor. Supervisor assisted her on helping make it right. I was finally check in I booked a king suite 4th floor. Instead got a double bed room that smelled sour. One of the elevators was down the entire stay the other smelled like it was on fire. I could never get the tv to work after I logged in on my accounts it still didn’t work. However for the weekend I made it work for business trip. Supervisor at the end of the night person did try an accommodate me with concession area . She was very nice and front desk was nice at the end of all the confusion. After driving five hours with freeze warning conditions. I just wanted to relax for the price it’s a no for me next trip to Bessemer.
