On getting to the hotel, they had no record of me paying for nearly 2 weeks I had to send screenshots and PDF of the receipt to nearly 4 people before they allow me to sleep. On top of that I had to continuously beg these people to pump water. Every time I ordered food either the POS was dead or they brought something almost 2 hours later or it was totally different from what I ordered. then they gave me the wrong checkout date and proceeded to harass me into paying for their error claiming I was checking out late when I was told I had til next day noon. They do this to all of their customers purposely wait until 10 PM in the night to start banging on everyone’s door disturbing the rest of the guest. when these are issues that should’ve been ironed out from 11 AM to ensure the person is retaining the room. when I was moving out, the person meant to move my luggage downstairs for checkout, the person broke all of the wheels off of the box. The next time I am in LAGOS I would not be frequenting their establishment.
