Total Chaos.
It started the day before my trip they couldn’t find my reservation. Eventually they found it. I then asked to check in early by 2 hours. They then said I would have to pay for an additional full night. I paid it. When I got to the hotel again they couldn’t find my reservation. They then had ne checking out on the same day. The administration is in total disarray. They then had a system fault that lost all the keys. Chaos. Never again.

Would have rated “excellent” for all above categories except for one little issue that was mind boggling- the glasses that were given to us as a welcome drink were never removed from our room. Book me again! This place was centrally located between Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. But the real joy was the service - every person was delightful. Each went out of their way to ensure you were happy with the room, the breakfast buffet, the check in. No detail was left to chance. The little extras put them over the top.

Conrad St James is just an excellent hotel in every way possible: the doorman, reception, dining staff, and housekeeping. Breakfast was busier on the weekend and we had to wait longer for service, but that was literally the only negative. The dining options were great, as was the coffee and food.
