The hotel experience was quite pleasant. The room was small for North America/ Europe standards, but adequate. For Tokyo standard it was what one would typically expect.
The staff were curtious and helpful.
The neighborhood was a good launch point for other areas if the city and was close to the transit line needed to get from the airport.
At night, the neighborhood atmosphere becomes more adult oriented, but is not really Red Light, but just more suitable for adults. Daytime it's no problem to walk around with your child.
There is Laundry (soap provided) with an ice machine and vending machine on the second floor. The hotel provides many extras you may have forgotten like toothbrush or hair brush, usb charging plug, etc.
There is a convenience store on the bottom floor for convenience foods, drinks, and basics.
I would stay here again.
