I had a great experience staying in the Chicago property, that's why I decided to stay in here in my upcoming visit to NY.
The staff and the people working in there was great, helpful and friendly, even when the housekeeping service only left a single set of towels, they send another one very quickly almost at midnight.
The housekeeping service happens after the second night, so, please have in mind when booking here.
Considering the zone where it's located, it was actually very quiet, and the bed was awesome.
If you're using the subway, or the train system, it's really a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest stations.
Plenty of food options around, even when the actual street feels a little unsafe, due to the amount of people moving around, I noticed that nothing would happen, even when coming back to the hotel a little late.
My only complaint, is the room size, I think that for a room for two, the space is really small, my luggage didn't even fit in the handy tray they place below the bed, so, for me and my girlfriend, it felt like we didn't have really any space to move.
I get it, it's manhattan, there is no space, but I bet that the space could be way better used.
A good stay overall, but I think that I wouldn't book in here, if I am visiting NY again.
