Partly renovated hotel, nice looking lobby and nice COLD swimming pool and a warm sauna. Very well located. Cheap morning buffet with cheap 2 slices toaster which was clearly a bottle-neck at the breakfast. Old-fashion paper check-in and long check-in queue - always! So when we wanted to ask the lobby staff, it was not possible since no one was available. We waited in queue for 15 minutes to check-in, but unfortunately, we were half an hour too early so we needed to wait and then get in the queue again! Check-in took 15 minutes - so if they would accept our check-in at first (give us the key at the correct time, or trust us not to enter the room), the total time from arriving until getting our room would be 30 minutes, but it took almost an hour. With pregnant lady in the group we were not happy with that! Our room was a three-person room, very small (but acceptable) but only with two beds and one very uncomfortable couch - it was not a bed! With almost no night sleep for the person in the "bed", we needed to rotate every night since it was not possible to let one person sleep on this for the whole time. Very disappointed group here, which think that the hotel is way overpriced and not a good value for money.
