Terrible experience. I reserved a room with two beds, but upon check-in, I was told they had “run out of rooms” and was given a room with a king bed instead. Despite booking a two-bed room, they couldn’t offer accommodation at another property. They then offered a rollaway bed, and when I asked for extra blankets, they claimed the property didn’t have any available. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Marriott, and neither the staff nor the managers were willing to provide a credit or any form of compensation for their mistake.
