My stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel at Manchester Airport was exceptionally pleasant. The staff were remarkably kind; it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Upon arrival, the receptionist was highly efficient, providing me with a room exactly where I wanted it without even asking — a top-floor room with a view. It was as if they knew my preferences in advance.
Later, we dined at the Thai restaurant located on the hotel's ground floor, which proved to be equally delightful. The staff there were excellent. Young Jack was particularly helpful, and his colleague, whose name escapes me, had a cheeky sense of humor, leading to a lot of laughter. After dinner, we visited the bar where the staff were also very accommodating. Samuel was very helpful, and Piers, with his cheerful and friendly demeanor, was a joy. Ian also took good care of us, making the bar experience equally enjoyable.
The room itself was incredibly comfortable; the pillows were excellent, and the TV offered all the channels, including YouTube, which was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed a very restful night's sleep in an immaculately clean room.
In the morning, I headed to breakfast and encountered a member of the housekeeping staff who was very kind, slipping me an extra biscuit
