My husband, our two kids, and I stayed for three nights, and not once did we receive housekeeping service. We had to request towels twice, and when the trash bins filled up, we ended up using grocery bags to throw out our garbage. After being out all day, we came back to find the room uncleaned — which was extremely disappointing.
I don’t understand why we’re paying this much per night if we’re not even getting basic service.
On top of that, our car was damaged overnight in the parking lot. Although we noticed there are security cameras, the front desk informed us that some of them are actually fake.
This was our first visit to Corpus Christi with our kids, and sadly, the hotel service left us with a bad impression.
