Horrible customer service
During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that made the experience less than ideal. The power was out for over 16 hours, and once it was restored, the internet was still unavailable. Additionally, the fire alarm went off for hours, there was no heat during the outage, and no accommodations were offered to guests despite these disruptions.
While I understand that the outages were attributed to Mother Nature, I was disappointed to learn that other hotels in the area had power and services restored much more quickly. It also took nearly two days for cable to be restored, further impacting the comfort of my stay.
This experience highlighted a lack of contingency planning and guest support during emergencies, which I hope the management can address moving forward to ensure a better experience for future guests.
