finalise your bill on departure
The view was unsurpassed , but you only get what you pay for. Rooms are starting to look a little dated and lacking adequate charging ports. Front desk staff were unable to explain charges ion our bill that did not belong there and after three separate conversations to attempt to rectify and pay our bill I was assured someone would call me prior to charging, this did not happen. We checked out on the 15 jan, today is 27 Feb and another charge has come through- In total four seperate charges from the shangri-la have appeared on my card. I do not know what is going on in accounts and I don’t think they do either. I’m putting my card on hold now, so if they want to charge me they will actually have to make contact . This is enough for me to return to the Four Seasons next time, where my daughter was actually supplied with a bed, robe and milk and cookies on arrival - all touches lacking at shangri-la. Service in blu bar was also non existent, not just to us but also the surrounding tables.
