Our 3rd visit in 1 year up to this one everything was 5star. We had 2 sleepless nights and staff did very well though to make us a new room after ongoing discussions about the air conditioning, who whistled like a blackbird every other minutes. So our first days where tough. I could be more picky about things in the new room but i bought them
In 7eleven. Regard parking charges we paid xtra 200$ for our first time. I noticed parking behind the hotel had a gate in our last day and that was the parking we paid for but we didnt use it. No staff let us know.
In the end I could as a travel agent asked the staff more , but in a way when you check in to 4-5 star hotel you should get what you pay for.
I’m pretty sure that Legacy Hotel will not do anything regard this terrible days and no one asked if they could do anything to those nights up. In Legacy Hotel be ready with questions about extra payments. They hold 50$ pr night + 35 for parking you fon’t use so for 6 nights its a lot. They just ask for creditcard. So they hold the money for 3-5 business day's.
Spa is great, pool is great, gym is great, location is awesome, somehow im disappointed. Maybe we try again in march.
