First, I didn’t even get a chance to stay at this place! I arrived with my husband and pup at 1 am in the morning from SF. I walk in, there was a resident who was complaining about his neighbor and the smoke alarm constantly going off. I talked to the front desk lady, Susie or whatever to check in. She tells me, oh, yeah, we don’t have a room for you. I go, uh…what? She goes yeah, they cancelled you back in November but wasn’t able to cancel your booking. Like, what?! They emailed me in November and asked if I wanted to upgrade my room which I did. I ended up not having a place to stay in 52 degree weather with my husband and my dog. We were able to find another hotel which was completely out of our budget since we are a single income family. The front desk lady made me stand there while she tried to call whatever to cancel my revelation. It’s like, don’t make me stand there while you’re denying me a room! I got the email at 1:45 am saying they’re canceling my booking. I’m definitely reaching out to corporate about this. I’ve already emailed the GM but the fact hay the GMs cards were call gone says a lot about how this place is ran. Ridiculous. As you can see when the email was sent!
