Cecy front desk horrendous service
Hotel has excellent location. However physical condition is terrible doors with no internal lock. Carpet outdated, bathroom dirty.
Besides customer service at check in was horrendous, we arrived early morning to left luggage, a person named Cecy, started to mocking because was to early when other employee ask if we were checking out. We say that we were to left luggage and return when room are available. They offer for US$30 to allow to check in at 9:00hrs. We denied to pay ask when we can return for the room. the other employee offer to have one room at 13:00hrs. We come back at that time and Cecy “the front desk employee tha mocked whe we arrive earlier”. She refuse to allow to check inn at 13:00hrs and that the check in was at 15:00hrs. My wife started talking to her and she was arguing again that rooms were no available that we need to come back at 15:00hrs. We asked politely to allow check inn when rooms were available but she denied, finally at 15:00 o’clock we asked and She gave the key in one second. We were sitting in front of Her and never call Us. Meaning that the room was ready before that time.
That kind of employees can destroy a good service that a company try to provide.
