Very loud, and out of control
Check in was great. The major problem we had was the noise level after 10 PM. It was so loud we and I assume others complained multiple times about the 5th floor. There had to of been over 20 more people talking very loud and being making so much noise in the hallway, including music way past 11 PM. You could hear it even when we were watching it on tv. They were told to stop by people and nobody listened. Hotel had to get involved. It took awhile for them to be quiet. The hotel needs to set up better rules in place when it comes to larger groups that stay at the hotel and better expectations for them, especially for college groups. It was not a fun experience, and out of hand. It sounded like a person was at a concert. We took a video from inside the room to show how loud it was. Breakfast could be better, basic compared to other hotels in area.
