Great hotel with good facilities
From start to finish this hotel was excellent. The check in prior to arrival saved loads of time. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our whole visit.
The room was lovely and roomy enough for 2 people. The bathroom was spotless. The shower was great with a choice of shower heads.
Tea and coffee making equipment was available. The safe was FOC.
Beds were made daily and the room was kept very clean. We needed a hairdryer and this was brought to us immediately.
The only thing I could say about the room was it was a bit hot and with the window open was a bit noisy as it backed on to the main road - but we didn’t find it too much of a problem.
The hotel supplied complimentary team passes for the duration of our stay which was great as the tram stop was just outside the hotel.
Although we didn’t use the spa area this looked fab and was very new, clean and the views were to die for.
The breakfasts were lovely with loads to choose from. Omelettes, eggs and other hot food was cooked fresh.
If I went to Innsbruck again I would definitely stay in this hotel.
