All Season Mountain Resort
My husband and I just wanted to get out of town for a couple of days. I booked a standard King room which had a fireplace which would have been nice in the winter. Our room had a very small window so I would suggest booking a balcony/patio room instead. The bed was a little firm for my husband but fine for me. Having a Keurig coffee maker in the room was nice however only one coffee cup and no regular (unflavored) coffee. The location of the hotel in the Village was great. Being the middle of the week in October, there wasn't much going on. Overall a good choice.

The outside is a awesome view from the road and walking around the property...It is very clean and easy to navigate..well lit and the rooms are very nice. We had a fireplace room on the 2nd floor and had a small balcony. I like the woodsy feel of the property and decor and the bar/restaurant had really nice waiter and decent prices for the area

Love staying here. This was our second stay here. The staff is friendly, they have lots of amenities, we enjoyed the game room. It's clean and quiet and right at the village.

The front desk check-in was not a happy guy at all. He was young but not friendly. I requested a balcony. Didn't happen. It was our anniversary and I would have paid more on top of our already 500.00 Asked for a cart and he said we could get one on the other side where we parked. Hilarious. There was nothing. Not one in sight the 3 days we were there. The girl who worked the bar on Friday night was great!!! She made our stay better. Then we had to ask a girl at the front end something the next day, the same demeanor. Not friendly. The buffet breakfast was decent and the staff were very friendly and nice. The outside view was beautiful. We are mountain residents as well, just lower down the mountain and we love BB. We will not stay here again but thank you to the girl at the bar and the breakfast staff for making it at least a 3 out of 5 at the Hilton. Next time, we will try down the street where our friends stayed.

Stephanie at the front desk was AMAZING! Super friendly. Very knowledgeable. Very kind. The Inn was cozy and friendly. Great location. Was disappointed that the spa wasn't working and the pool wasn't heated.
