Check-in process was terrible. My room was supposed to be ready on Friday afternoon. I paid for that night so I could check-in first thing on Saturday instead. I paid for an extra night to have this flexibility. When I got there, they couldn't find my reservation and had no room for me. After waiting 30-minutes, the supervisor "fixed" the issue and gave me a room. When I went to the room with all my luggage and opened the door, another family was already in the room and unpacked.
They advised me their key didn't work, so they had someone help them into the room. They showed me the room key wallet that had the same room number as mine written on it. I had to drag all my luggage back to the front desk and wait another 30-minutes for them to sort it out and give me another room.
So I ended up waiting 1-hour to check-in for a room that should have been ready for me the night before.
Other than that, the waterpark was fun, my son enjoyed all the activities. But the rooms are very dim and dated. They could definitely use a nice refresh/renovation.
