We really enjoyed our stay.
I was skeptical of the location and I was a little put off by the 18 page - 60 part - contract that the management company sent us for a 4 night stay.
We stayed 4 nights - 4 adults, 5 kids, and a dog. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy. The house is clean.
The location was just fine. Broadway is not as busy as you would think and we were there for peak spring break and St. Patties day. We were able to walk the 6 minutes to the beach and restaurants just fine.
The backyard is set up nicely for kids. There is a playground and its fenced off so that you can keep the kids out of the pool area. The pool was a lot of fun.
The outdoor shower around the side is a huge help.
I recommend setting up a grocery delivery or hitting the grocery store upon arrival. Don't forget spices, condiments, coffee filters, cooking oil (not provide for "safety") and get laundry detergent and dish detergent because they only provide enough for 2 loads each.
The gas station next door had a very lovely clerk who gave us some of her coffee filters for free. We hit a restaurant and got some extra individual packs or condiments, salt, pepper, sugar etc.
Parking around back and front but its tight so car pool if possible or plan to find street parking for extra cars.
We had a couple of issues upon check in that I will not even address here because the management company was communicative and fixed everything promptly.
