The mix-up with the room, the billing errors ( taking hours to queue and argue with staff to remove ) , and losing our entire first day due to being given the wrong room ( told to come back for keys to find out when then had to wait around until 4 30, sat in room waiting , no one showed, worked whole first day around that ) completely ruined our experience. On top of that, the staff’s refusal to waive the first night’s charge was unacceptable, we got a small amount towards a dinner. We won’t be returning – far too expensive for such mistakes.
