Check-in: Directions to the condos were very unclear. We had asked for GPS address, but it seems that was not possible to provide (strange). Unit code was incorrect which required a call back to the staff
Safety: TONS of construction surrounding unit. Business did not disclose this at time of booking. Must drive on unpaved road to get into garage which seemed unsafe.
Room Quality: no air conditioning in unit. Two of four windows did not have screens, nor did the balcony door. Cannot keep windows open at night because of this, and for safety of children. One of the windows could not open at all. Room was incredibly hot and nearly unbearable to sleep in at a night, let alone to relax during breaks in the day. Ceiling fan was covered in thick dust and sat right above master bed - did not turn on in fear of dust mites and other debris circulating the room without proper outside ventilation.
Noise: Noise coming from a group of folks the pool was loud and obnoxious. With units lacking A/C - you cannot close windows to escape this. This made it difficult for children to fall asleep.
Pool: Pool and all hot tubs were both less than room temperature and filthy.
We checked out the very next day. When voicing my concerns to office manager - he was incredibly rude, questioned my decision to leave early due to the circumstances, refused to help me escalate for resolution outside his scope, and hung up on me. Customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced. So disappointing.
