Terrible terrible experience
I want to first start off with Im a retired army veteran and a forest firefighter, and the type of service this hotel provided was below anything i ever encountered with having hotels from around the country, this was for a music festival and we had friends over to get ready before we all left together , which only 2 of the group were staying in the room , all the others had their own hotel , first thing is the room wasnt ready , he said 30 mins and we came back 45- and hour later , we check the room out and theres throw up on the floor right the entrance of the room so the room needed to be cleaned again , then the hotel manager confronts me the next day about too many guest which I let him know right then and there it wouldnt happen again , we told everyone we’ll get ready at their hotel , packed our things so it wouldnt be an issue since we’re only using the room the sleep after the festival , the hotel manager came to the room when we weren’t there ( we were outside the property in my car ) took his shoes off and went through the room to tell us why is it messy , mind you this is mid stay we clean before we leave , second we leave and go to the festival the hotel owner cancels our room , we left by 12pm to get ready , he canceled the room at 2pm saying you only have 10mins to get your things or its the properties stuff now , we had to get the police involved when the owner didnt want to open the door , cops handled the situation perfectly and we got out things
