We were on a weekend trip to Tallinn with my husband. Before the trip, I had asked a Facebook group focused on Tallinn tips for recommendations of hotels where vegans could get a good breakfast. Nunne was recommended to me. When booking, I told the hotel that we expected to find vegan protein sources at breakfast. The hotel replied to us several days before the trip that protein sources, such as tofu and vegan sausages, would be available.
However, at breakfast on Saturday, we were not offered the promised vegan proteins, and the breakfast was therefore quite meager compared to what other customers were offered. Afterwards, we told the hotel about our disappointment with the breakfast. The hotel apologized for what happened and promised to ensure that vegan protein sources, such as tofu and vegan sausages, would be available the next morning. We were also offered a two-course dinner at the hotel's restaurant, but we were unable to take advantage of the offer, as we already had other plans for Saturday evening.
On Sunday morning, there had clearly been a lot of effort put into breakfast and we left full, like the other guests. The hotel therefore corrected its operations after our complaint.
The hotel was very clean and modernly decorated in every way. We had booked a Classic Nunne twin room and had requested a room with a bathtub. We got one.
