I’m not someone who leaves reviews. But if you are questioning whether or not to stay here, I would just spend the money somewhere else. It was clean and new but that is all the place has to offer. I left a pair of shoes (brand new) on accident in the hotel room, I called three times for them to at least tell me they have or have not found them and I wasn’t given a clear answer. Yes it was my fault I left the shoes, but the lack of initiation to help me is so disheartening. They kept telling me that if the shoes were in the hotel, that they would find them. But never would call back to update me on whether or not they were found. If you are confident there will be no issues, sure stay here. But the staff here has a mentality of “not my problem” and it is very frustrating. They were never rude, but they were in no way helpful or seemed to even care.
