Brown's boutique hotel was excellent. We stayed for six nights. The staff was very friendly and professional Especially, one of the ladies working the front desk (I'm sorry I didn't get her name).
There are perhaps a few things guests could be made aware of when arriving: ask for a card to keep in the power slot, instead of using the key. If you use the key and need to open the deadbolt, the power to the whole room cuts off, they will give you a new water bottle when your first one runs out. Just bring the empty bottle to the reception.
The room are individually decorated and seem to vary quite a bit in size and comfort.
The hotel is centrally located and we walked everywhere.
Breakfast was good and the price appropriate. Restaurant staff were fantastic!
I would highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay there if I go back to Lisbon.
