This place is a SCAM
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I am compelled to share my extreme disappointment with the state of the room. The level of cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable and far below basic standards.
• The room was completely infested with spiders, with nests found on the walls, furniture, bathroom, shower, drawers, and even in the bed.
• There were insect droppings on the walls, curtains, doors, and other surfaces, further highlighting the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance.
• The bedsheets had yellow stains, and the bath towels were torn and also stained yellow, which was utterly unacceptable.
• To make matters worse, there was no running water, adding to the unhygienic and uncomfortable conditions.
Due to these severe issues, I had no choice but to leave the hotel before the end of my stay.
Furthermore, the communication with the concierge in charge was completely inadequate. My messages were ignored for extended periods, and responses only came hours later, sometimes not until the following day. This lack of proper customer service further exacerbated my distress.
These conditions were unsafe, unsanitary, and made my experience incredibly distressing.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. No guest should ever have to endure such an experience.
