Nonexistent customer service in filthy hotel
The staff of this hotel seem to not have gotten the memo that they are employees. They laugh, joke, around play really loud, personal hip-hop music, never agreed to guests and when asked something almost always respond with its not their responsibility or just no.
The staff here gave me two rooms that were not set up for guests, leaving me to lug my luggage to three rooms after a long international flight with no apology.
The state of the rooms and hotel is abysmal. There’s only one working elevator, which leaves very long cues. Room service only makes the bed and does not actually clean the room. After a 10 day stay, I was absolutely disgusted to shower or even walk in my room. They also do not give you towels, shampoo or soap and unless you explicitly and repeatedly ask for it. There were unexplained brown, smears all over the wall.
Location is good near multiple subways and bed was comfortable
