8:30 PM fire alarms start going off. My 3 kids were sleeping, 2 of which are toddlers. This scared the absolute sh*t out of them. The fire alarms went off a total or 3 times within about 15 minutes, with the lights flasing the entire time. I called the front desk to ask for a partial refund due to this, and they said someone pulled the alarm and it isn't their fault.. I explained about my kids and said if they couldn't help I would call corporate. The lady says "go right ahead, have a good night" and hung up the phone. I called corp who told me I would have to leave for a refund and drive 3.5 hr home with 3 kids at night. Then....11:45 at night, someone is BANGING and opens our door. The front desk person GAVE OUR ROOM KEY TO ANOTHER GUEST. And he came barging in yelling "HELLO". This again, absolutely scared my kids. We called the front desk, and the now guy tells us "the key was preprogrammed" and he wasn't aware someone was in our room!!!!! After leaving, I received a $50 charge, a $396 charge, and another $100 charge. On a $178 night stay.
We are still waiting on a call back from corporate to try to get a refund for all of this. It was absolutely sickening. Another guest had no hot water for 2 night stay and also had little kids who couldn't even bathe.
