I know the hotel wont reply to this review, as they haven't replied to any others. Upon arrival, we were told by reception that they never received our booking but when i showed them confirmation, they said they just received the email but the room we booked was not available until the next day so we had to stay in another room which was not as nice. The hotel needs to look deeply at their staff, they are rude, unhelpful and never smile. It is such a shame as the hotel is in a perfect position but visitors dont appear to want to eat or drink there. Also, be aware that if you ask reception to arrange transfer back to the ferry, they will leave you waiting for half hour.
I will definitely return to Haad Yao but not this hotel
