Not a pleasant experience.
Some disappointing highlights of my stay:-
1. The reception cannot find our booking made on Hotels.com, and gave me that poker face as if that was my fault. Turned out to be they should search Expedia booking because Hotels.com is under Expedia. It is a well known fact in the hotel industry isn’t it? Kept me waiting for more than 20 mins and no sincere apology was made.
2. The bed sheet feels damp and pillow smells mouldy!! Hard to fall asleep with that mouldy smell. My partner is getting a running nose because of that. I had to cover up the pillow with bath towel to lessen the mouldy smell. Cleanliness is a concern.
3. The floor becomes wet in the middle of the night for no reason, which made me almost trip myself. Couldn’t see where is leaking and suspect water seepage from the floor tiles.
