Checkin was a very slow, long, drawn out process. There were two agents at the front desk and one of them was busy attending to someone else. The other person just stood there looking bored but never called me forward. When I was finally served, it took forever to allocate a room.
Furthermore, breakfast at this property is absolutely atrocious. When I stayed here 6 months ago, I left a review that it was one of the best breakfasts in any hotel ever. In the last 6 months, breakfast has dropped off a cliff. A few raw vegetables, soggy old mushy tomatoes which fall apart, highly processed meat and a few things I would not serve to an animal. Cold croissants were available but not a single piece of butter or jam was locatable anywhere.
Breakfast was absolutely horrendous.
