I love to stay at this property when I am working in NYC.
Last time they were under construction and repairs for a water leak.
It was very loud in there.
Other than that it was nice.
This time, my check in was really drawn out due to training a new receptionist.
One point to note is I was asked if I had a car, but was not informed that they now charge parking fee.
The room was ok.
The bathroom was not.
Center light was burned out, mold in shower and on counter on caulking, and the sink would not drain.
Just a little too much to dismiss.
Most noteworthy when I informed the front desk on checkout of these things, they kindly offered to refund my parking fee.
I said, what parking fee? This was the first I was made aware that they now charge for parking. I am unaware and now need to look in my records to see if I was charged last time I was there too.
This was not disclosed to me on any of my multiple visits.
