Not happy with this stay, this time.
Last time was way better than this time.
Check in was easy. Room was not up to par. Floors not cleaned well. Seemed uninviting this time. Bottom sheet kept coming off the mattress at top. Finally just slept on top of bed with another blanket on top. Was told breakfast was at 6-9. When really 7-10. At 6:45 am, Gal at front desk was totally asleep and door locked to be able to get into office. This was the first morning. Second morning she was asleep again and it was 7:30 am. Didn't go the 3rd morning, wasn't happy. I pretty much got what i needed, because needed. Because needed alone time. Dealing with the loss of my father a few weeks earlier. All in all at this point not sure if I'll return to this Motel. The one across the street had way cleaner rooms and very friendly. I stayed there 4 nights at Christmas.
Side note: I couldnt figure out how to use my Hotel.com credit rewards. So lost out of my $15 earned rewards. Do not to happy about that.
