Lack of service
We stayed 2 nights last week in Highley Manor Hotel, we also had a breakfast and one dinner.
The service was very poor and clearly targeted only at weddings and banquets not a one or two hotel guest. Even the service I found was rude.
We came from a long and tough flight and decided to stay there and rest for a next flight and we had been awake for nearly 48 hours and therefore weary tired, so we went to sleep even though it was a day.
We woke up when the door was opened quickly. It was being shown to prospective customers how the room was. We asked the people to close the door but they did not do it right away neither did they apologize for this.
• There was a lot of dust out all over
• very cold and bad smell inside the bathroom
• There was a lot of noise between rooms
• Requires maintenance
• The dinner was burned
• Hardly found staff for service
I do not recommend this hotel!
