I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I feel compelled to share. They only gave me one key, and when I requested an additional one, they asked for a deposit. I had confirmed before booking that I could use 110v electronic devices, but when I arrived, they couldn't even distinguish between a transformer and a power outlet, and kept insisting on the deposit. When I asked if someone could help me with my heavy luggage, they sighed and initially refused, though someone else eventually helped. Despite the information stating that the ramen machine in the basement could be used until 9 p.m. on weekdays, they annoyingly told me it was closed at 8:30 p.m. and repeatedly refused service. My child wanted to try the ramen machine because of their experience with it in Korea, and it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However, they ruined our trip to Korea and every time we returned to the hotel, we regretted choosing it. We never want to stay at this hotel again, so we decided to stay at a different hotel for the rest of our trip.
