I book this hotel through online which is on hotel.com. I paid on the spot when booking made for the 2 night staying which is from 23rd Oct- 25th Oct. However, I get a call from hotel, they ask me to check out one day earlier which is on 24th and i mention that i already pay for the both days, why should i check out that day? I request them to double check with Expedia to make sure that I paid for my room. I receive the call when I am enjoying my visit to Pavilion area that time around 2pm, but i did not receive any call back to apologize with the mistake they had made. For safe, I went back to hotel around 4pm to make sure that I still can stay on that night or i need to pay again. I really disappointed with the management of this hotel, you wasted my time and also spoil my shopping mood!!
and 1 more thing, on the 1st night of staying when i am bathing, suddenly black out, the staff told us the current supply is breakdown, around 30 minutes the current is normal back, but can hotel please ready the spare current or lamp, not black out like that, maybe some light in the room when current break down?
