For the second time in the span of 3 weeks they mixed up the keys for self-check-in so after taking a bus, the tube, a train and a cab to get there, I wasn't able to check in. I had to wait by the door with my luggage until someone from ESA brought the spare key. After 20-30 minutes someone let me in the apartment but wouldn't let me keep the key so I was stuck in the apartment for another hour or so until they brought the correct keys.
Because of the above, I wanted to speak to a manager to make sure this doesn't happen a 3rd time since I stay there often. The first day I was told the manager went home so I will get a call the next day. The next day I got a call saying that the manager is busy that day but will call the next day. It has been more than a week now since I should have received a call and the manager hasn't done so, therefore, I am writing this review to make sure however chooses ESA is very patient and doesn't expect a hassle-free stay.
