Everything was very good at this hotel, except for the reception. They were not ready for us. They first said that they had to call Hotels.com and confirm the reservation, even after I showed them a copy of my receipt. Then, they had not cleaned our rooms. It took them 1 1/2 hours to get our rooms ready. This was unacceptable. I had previously stayed at this hotel six other times and it had always been very good. But, not this time. The hotel does need some major refreshing, painting, cleaning, etc. The bright side was that the breakfast was outstanding!
