**Disappointing Stay**
I had high hopes for this hotel based on its advertised amenities, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. Upon arrival, we were immediately put off by the bedding, which had visible stains. There were no towels in the room, and no soap provided either—basic necessities that should have been there from the start. We had to ask for them the following day. The colors were all different colors and some with stains. The kitchenette was also advertised, but it was completely bare—no pots or pans, making it essentially unusable.
Additionally, the cleanliness in the kitchen was subpar. The top of the fridge was covered in dust, and the air filter in the kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
Another issue was the bedding change, which was supposed to happen 2-3 times per week, but I only received two changes during my entire stay (15 nights). This was not the level of service I expected, and overall, I felt misled by the hotel's advertising.
