My partner and I stayed overnight for a concert. The service in the lobby was very good. Great customer service and very friendly.
We got a tower room, which was subpar. The curtains frequently left sight lines into our room open, which wasn’t pleasant.
The pillows were flat, lumpy and uncomfortable.
The bathroom was also mediocre. We found some mysterious fungus on the shower curtain and the mirror shelf in the bathroom had fallen off and not been replaced.
On the bright side, parking was plentiful and the underground garage felt safe. Not free though.
Overall, for a one-night stay, it was serviceable, but not too satisfying. We appreciated the proximity to Clifton Hill, and it felt safe. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked nice.
