We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, starting with a smooth check-in process. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with VIP treatment, including welcome drinks and flower garlands, which made us feel special. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay, always responsive via the Hotels.com app, making communication seamless. We were also able to arrange rooms on the same floor, which made it much easier to stay connected.
We booked a family suite with a sea view, and it didn’t disappoint—the view of My Khe Beach was stunning. As part of our booking, we also enjoyed complimentary high tea on our first day, which was a lovely touch.
Though our stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor issues with the rooms. The kettle wasn’t working, the TV signal went out for a couple of days, and one of the air conditioners had a malfunction. However, the staff responded quickly and efficiently to resolve these problems. They were also kind enough to provide extra pillows upon request.
The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and was delicious. However, we would have appreciated more variety over the four days of our stay, as the options remained largely the same.
One small downside was that the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking, but overall, it didn’t take away from the enjoyment of our stay.
