This was the first time staying at a Downtown Buffalo Hotel. The cost was higher than my normal Hotel Budget, but I thought it would be worth being closer to the Arena.
The only good thing about this Hotel was the Staff. They were very nice. The rest was for the dogs.
I had no idea the Hotel was located in a very depressed area. When I think "Downtown Hotel", I picture it located next to office buildings, restaurants, and convention centers, not the Slums.
First impression of the room was drab. The color brown was everywhere. It was like every other cheap Hotel I've stayed at. Except this room was not cheap!
The beds are the most important factor I look for in a Hotel. If I don't get a good night's sleep, I'm a bear the next day.
These beds were the worst. As soon as you sit you immediately sank down. During the night I fell into a valley that I had to wake up and "crawl out of"! I was thankful we were only there for one night.
Sadly, we will not be back.
